Privacy Policy of the TAB Website

This page describes the management methods of the TAB website, with reference to the processing of personal data of users who consult it. This is an information provided pursuant to Article 13 of the European Regulation No. 679/2016 (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulation”) to those who interact with the web services of TAB accessible electronically from the address: www.tabsrl.it. The information is provided only for the TAB website and not for other websites that may be consulted by the user through links.

Data Controller Following consultation of this site, data relating to identified or identifiable persons may be processed. The “controller” of their processing is TAB., whose registered office is in Ivrea (TO) at Via Alessandria 3. The data processing operations connected to the web services of this site are carried out only by the personnel of TAB SRL appointed for processing. No personal data derived from the web service is disseminated. The personal data provided by users are used only to perform the service or provision requested and are communicated to third parties only if necessary for that purpose.

Types of Data Processed Browsing Data The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols, which are based on the TCP/IP protocol. These are information that are not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but that by their very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes “IP addresses” or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site, addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the web server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the web server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the user’s operating system and computer environment. These data are used only to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning. It is noted that the mentioned data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of computer crimes against the TAB website or other connected or linked sites: except for this possibility, the data on web contacts do not persist for more than a few days.

Data Voluntarily Provided by the User The request to send email to the addresses indicated in the specific section of the TAB website, involves the subsequent acquisition of some personal data of the requester, including the email address of the requester, necessary to respond to requests. Rights of Data Subjects The subjects to whom the personal data refer, collected in the aforementioned specific sections, have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of the same data and to know their content and origin, verify their accuracy or request their integration or updating, or rectification pursuant to Article 7 of the Privacy Code. The data subject has the right to request deletion, anonymization, as well as to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, their processing. Minors TAB does not knowingly use its website to request data from minors under 18 years of age.

Cookie Policy The TAB website (hereinafter also referred to as “Site”) uses cookies to make its services simple and efficient for users who visit the portal pages. Cookies are text files, or packets of information sent by a web server (the site www.tabsrl.it) to the user’s browser, stored by the latter on the computer and automatically sent back to the server at each subsequent access to the site. The TAB website does not use first-party profiling cookies.

User Consent The TAB website, according to current regulations, is not required to ask for consent for technical and first-party analytical cookies, as they are necessary to provide the requested services. These cookies, therefore, are installed automatically by the Site upon the first visit of a user to any page of the portal.   1. Click on the menu (“Settings”) in the browser toolbar next to the URL input window for navigation.
  2. Select “Settings”.
  3. Click on “Show Advanced Settings” at the bottom of the list.
  4. In the “Privacy” section, click on the “Content Settings” button.
  5. In the “Cookies” section, you can modify the following cookie-related settings: • Allow local data to be set • Keep local data only until you quit your browser • Block sites from setting any data • Block third-party cookies and site data • Manage exceptions for some websites • Delete one or all cookies

Mozilla Firefox

  1. Click on the menu (“Settings”) in the browser toolbar next to the URL input window for navigation.
  2. Select “Options”.
  3. Select the “Privacy” panel.
  4. In the “Tracking” section, you can modify the following cookie-related settings: • Tell sites that you do not want to be tracked
  5. From the “History” section, you can: • By enabling “Use custom settings for history”, select to accept third-party cookies (always, from most visited sites or never) and keep them for a specified period (until they expire, until Firefox is closed, or prompt every time) • Remove individual cookies stored

Internet Explorer

  1. Click on the “Tools” button and choose “Internet Options”.
  2. Click on the “Privacy” tab and in the “Settings” section, modify the slider according to the desired action for cookies: • Block all cookies • Allow all cookies • Select sites from which to obtain cookies: move the slider to an intermediate position so as not to block or allow all cookies, then press “Sites”, in the “Website Address” box enter a website and then press “Block” or “Allow”

Safari

  1. Click on Safari, select Preferences, and press on Privacy.
  2. In the “Block Cookies” section, specify how Safari should accept cookies from websites.
  3. To view which sites have stored cookies, click on Details. In any case, it is recommended that the user also checks the indications of their own browser from time to time.

How to Manage Cookies by Modifying Settings When Using Third-Party Services The Site may contain third-party cookies and links to other websites: the third parties have their own privacy policies that are different from the one adopted by the TAB website and to which the latter is unrelated.
