Privacy Policy of the TAB Website
This page describes the management methods of the TAB website, with reference to the processing of personal data of users who consult it. This is an information provided pursuant to Article 13 of the European Regulation No. 679/2016 (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulation”) to those who interact with the web services of TAB accessible electronically from the address: www.tabsrl.it. Data Controller Following consultation of this site, data relating to identified or identifiable persons may be processed. The “controller” of their processing is TAB., whose registered office is in Ivrea (TO) at Via Alessandria 3. Types of Data Processed Browsing Data The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols, which are based on the TCP/IP protocol. These are information that are not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but that by their very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes “IP addresses” or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site, addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the web server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the web server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the user’s operating system and computer environment. These data are used only to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning. It is noted that the mentioned data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of computer crimes against the TAB website or other connected or linked sites: except for this possibility, the data on web contacts do not persist for more than a few days.

Rights of Data Subjects The subjects to whom the personal data refer, collected in the aforementioned specific sections, have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of the same data and to know their content and origin, verify their accuracy or request their integration or updating, or rectification pursuant to Article 7 of the Privacy Code. The data subject has the right to request deletion, anonymization, as well as to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, their processing.
